Paris couture week kicked off with Donatella Versace's latest creations for the reprised Versace Atelier collection. Fifteen years after her brother was murdered, she returned to the Ritz Hotel in Paris to show Versace Atelier, the company's relaunched couture line, inspired, she says, by Tarot cards via Picasso.
Floor-length silk gowns dominated a collection that the Guardian's fashion editor Jess Cartner-Morley described as 'unapologetically attention grabbing'.
